• Save and Add button for user should display Create Profile
• Residing State and City and Domicile State should become lists
• Children field should come next to Marital status and enable only when marital status is not single
• Children field should be a drop down and be disabled when marital status=single and to be enabled other then single
• Date of Birth, Gender, Marital status , Mother Tongue should be read only in edit mode
• When Gender=male and Marital Status=married, then only remarriage reason should appear dynamically
